Payment Information

GoDoodads.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as Paypal and Google Checkout.

Paypal orders must be paid within 72 hours of placing the order or the order will be canceled.

Sales Tax

GoDoodads.com customers do not pay sales tax, unless you are a customer located in California. Customers located in California pay our current local sales tax rate of 9.25%.

Government and Corporate Purchasing

GoDoodads.com offers special services to government purchasing of federal, state, and local levels and also to corporate buyers. Please email customerservice@godoodads.com for discounts.





Shipping Information

  • Items are shipped 1 to 7 business days after your order is placed.
  • If you order items with different stock availability - for example, an in-stock item along with a pre-ordered item - each item will ship as soon as it's ready. The additional items will still be charged the 'additional items' rate even if they ship separately.
  • Please note our warehouses do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.
  • Tracking information provided when available.
  • Shipping charges are a non-refundable service.
  • GoDoodad.com ships within the continental United States.

When you order from GoDoodads.com, we collect the following information: your name, telephone number, email address, billing information (credit card number, expiration date and billing address), products purchased, any relevant promotion code and the recipient's name, address and telephone number. Information you enter is collected even if you cancel or do not complete an order. Also, if you register as a customer, we request your name, address, phone number, email address, and other information set forth on the My Account Page.

Do we use "cookies"? Yes. At GoDoodads.com we do use cookies and JavaScript to provide some client-side validation and added functionality throughout the site. Most web browsers automatically accept the use of cookies and JavaScript. However, if you disable these features the web site will not function properly and your order will not be completed.

Subject to the above provisions, by using our web site, you consent to the collection and use of information by us and the terms of this Privacy Policy. We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time and we will post those changes so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we may disclose it.

Return Policy

• We will bill your entire checkout order up front, before items ship. If an item cancellation occurs or you return an item that adheres to our Return Policy you will automatically be credited the appropriate amount for those item(s). Basic Return Policy:

• Unless otherwise stated, you have 7 days from the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) to get a valid RMA from customerservice@godoodads.com and get your product to a shipper to return back to us. It does not have to be back in our warehouse within 7 days, but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper (along with a valid RMA). The customer is responsible for all shipping costs of the product being shipped back to our warehouse. The item that you are returning must be in original condition, unopened. This means the product must be fully operating to its maximum ability and MUST be in original packaging sealed. Any product sent back that does not meet this criteria, will be denied and no refund will be issued.

• GoDoodads.com stands by the quality of every product listed on the site. If you believe the item you received is defective, immediately contact our support department at customerservice@godoodads.com. Many products require a return directly to the original manufacturer for warranty exchanges and all Bluetooth Headsets adhere to this policy. We will provide you with the manufacturers contact info upon request. Should you need to return the order, please review our complete return policy. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be processed without an RMA number.

• If you are ineligible for an RMA, contact the manufacturer directly or check any applicable warranty you might have. Manufacturer Contact List is available upon request.

• You will not be refunded your original shipping fees. Shipping charges are a non-refundable service.

• Many of the items we sell have Special Return Policies.

• When a customer purchases an item, there is a no “cooling off period” rule. What this means is just because you may think that after taking delivery of the purchased item, your payment was to high, or you don't like the way the item works, or other various reasons that the sale can be cancelled – it cannot. The moment you complete the sale and take physical delivery of the product purchased at GoDoodads.com, there is a no “cooling off” period in which to return the the purchased product and rescind the sale. At this point it is yours. All sales are final.
